This piece was fashioned from American Rayon Satin Cord.  It measures 18 inches long.  It is finished with a handmade "Hello Kitty" pendant and Swarovski Crystals.  The findings are silver plated.    Kumihimo is an ancient art form, the practice of which was a closely guarded secret for centuries.  The earliest intact piece that has been found to date was located along the Silk Road in China.  Retail Value $25
